New signature Card creation

Another application provided by the MOHRE in which the company which has been approved by the MOHRE team gets authorization to recruit labour and make applications. The new signature card is to be first applied under the company owner’s name and then printed and activated using the pin code provided. This activates the new signature card for operation.
