If the person doesn’t hold the necessary educational qualification he or she needs to attend a training section in Tawjeeh Centre and submit an application there. A labour card aspirant can submit this only when he has changed his status. And the offer letter has a validity of 60 days to change status and then a 60 days addition is provided to stamp the visa.
